Services

Turnkey Web Tech provides web design, development, SEO, and digital marketing services. The specific services provided will be outlined in individual agreements or proposals.

Client Responsibilities

As our client, you agree to:

• Respond to requests for feedback and approvals in a timely manner
• Ensure you have the rights to any content you provide
• Pay invoices according to agreed-upon terms

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Late payments may result in service interruption and may incur additional fees.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the deliverables created specifically for your project. We retain the right to use the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed. Any third-party assets (stock photos, fonts, etc.) are subject to their respective licenses.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Turnkey Web Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship with written notice. Upon termination, you are responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
