Client Responsibilities

As our client, you agree to:

• Ensure you have the rights to any content you provide
• Pay invoices according to agreed-upon terms

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Late payments may result in service interruption and may incur additional fees.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the deliverables created specifically for your project. We retain the right to use the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed. Any third-party assets (stock photos, fonts, etc.) are subject to their respective licenses.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Turnkey Web Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship with written notice. Upon termination, you are responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.

SMS & Text Messaging

By providing your phone number through our website, application, or directly to a service provider using our platform, you consent to receive text messages from Turnkey Web Tech or businesses using our platform. Messages may include:

• Appointment reminders and scheduling confirmations
• Job status updates and service notifications
• Estimates, invoices, and payment confirmations
• Google review requests following completed services
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) codes
• Account notifications and alerts

Message frequency varies based on your service activity. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance.

We do not sell or share phone numbers with third parties for marketing purposes. Messages are sent only in connection with services you have requested or accounts you have created.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
